Our Strategy
Provide strategic counseling, influence decision-making, serve as a catalyst for action, introduce and enable the right partnerships, secure capital, and where applicable take direct hands-on management roles on the Board and/or Management Team.
Our Tactics
Quickly evaluate the Board and CEO (and management team), determine the desire to recruit new/additional management, learn the company's strategy, market opportunity, strategic competencies/uniqueness, products/services, and IP. Following that initial assessment, facilitate a decision with the company to either continue to grow, sell/merge, or wind-down. Provide options to assist the company to plan and execute effectively on that decision.
